As our Director of Valuation in our Private Equity Business Line, Stephanie’s career has spanned across both management and consulting roles. Stephanie has six years of in-house strategy experience, including as a Corporate Strategy Director for a Consumer-Packaged Goods Fortune 500 Company, as well as the Head of Strategy for an entrepreneurial beverage company. Prior to this, she has fifteen combined years of consulting and M&A experience with Ernst & Young, EY-Parthenon, and Deloitte & Touche. She has worked on over 200 commercial due diligence, M&A advisory, growth strategy development, and financial due diligence engagements.
For her role in Blue Venture Advisors, Stephanie applies her experience in multiple industries to the diligence and FP&A analysis of our Private Equity opportunities, including our M&A business team.
Stephanie holds degrees from Pepperdine University with a B.A. in finance and a B.A. in accounting, as well as an MBA from Columbia University. She also holds her CPA license in the state of Texas. She works in our Dallas, TX office.
